in-home

1:1 Somatic Channeling Session

$155 per session · 1 hour

For clients who've already established a practice together virtually, I offer in-home sessions in Toronto & Hastings County area — bringing the work directly into the space where you live. I come to you with a massage table and everything needed to hold a full session.

There's something meaningful about working in a familiar environment. Your nervous system already knows the room. The commute, the parking, the unfamiliar space — none of that is in the way. You can settle more quickly, and go deeper, because you're already home.

In-home sessions follow the same structure as virtual ones — body-led, collaborative, without a script. The table allows for hands-off bodywork and longer periods of stillness when that's what's called for.

This is not:

  • Therapy or psychotherapy

  • Medical treatment

  • A replacement for clinical care

It's a complement — a body-based space for people who want to go deeper than talk alone can reach.

what to expect

You don't need to prepare anything or already know what's going on. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to slow down are enough.

We'll begin with a check-in, a chance to share what's brought you here, ask any questions, and settle into the space together. Before we start, we'll go over what the session involves and make sure you're comfortable, including a brief consent conversation about physical contact and anything that might come through.

Then you'll lie down. We'll ground into the body together, a few moments of breathing, rooting, arriving, before I begin working. During the session I'll most likely be in silence, moving around and above you. You might feel warmth or cold, see colours, notice an impulse to move, or feel an emotional release. Whatever wants to move through you is welcome. There's no wrong way to be in this.

At the end, I'll hold your feet to bring you gently back, and we'll take time to talk through what you noticed and what came through. That landing conversation is an important part of the session, helping to integrate what was moved or felt.

Sometimes something shifts quietly. Sometimes something moves deeply. Often both.

after your session

Somatic work can move things that have been sitting still for a long time, so it's worth giving yourself a little room afterwards.

Some people feel tired or tender — emotionally or physically, sometimes both. If that's you, try not to rush back into the day. Give yourself an hour, an evening, or whatever you can carve out to just be. A slow walk, a bath, an early night. Nothing demanding.

Some people feel surprisingly energized — lighter, clearer, more present. That's just as valid. Follow it.

Either way, drink water.

Things can surface in the days after. That’s normal. The body sometimes continues processing long after the session ends. You're welcome to reach out if anything comes up that you'd like to talk through.

There's no wrong way to receive this work.

A 20 minute discovery call is a chance to say hello, ask questions, and get a sense of whether this feels right — before committing to anything. There's no pitch. Just a conversation.
